Casa Liliana is a rustic cottage with original, character features, lovely views and private outside space, making an ideal, affordable and completely manageable country hideaway in which to relax and unwind!  It is set up also to be exploited as a holiday cottage for tourists and walkers, and comes with a brand new, rectangular above ground pool, new beds, A/C, new furniture and a new, up to date electric hot water boiler.

This lovely cottage is located on the Southern slopes of the mountain village of Comares, just 5 minutes’ drive from the village, (no dirt track) with wonderful, peaceful, and very inspiring views over the countryside, hills, mountains and out to the glistening Mediterranean Sea in the distance.

Upon arrival, there is a small area used as a communal car park for the few neighbours nearby.  From the car park, there is a short walk along a grassy path, through beautiful countryside and a natural spring, leading to the double wooden doors of the walled courtyard patio.

The courtyard is 25m2 and is an ideal place to dine outside or relax and sunbathe in complete privacy. It has rustic stone walls and a nostalgic, romantic feel.

From the courtyard, a door leads into the living/dining room (11m2).  To one side, a thick walled archway and one step down leads into a small living room or reading/study room (8m2).  This room has interesting original features, such as part of the now defunct original fireplace (this was no doubt originally the kitchen).  To one side of this room, wooden stairs lead up to a bedroom with a wooden floor, with a double bed (8.5m2).  This room is fitted with a hot/cold air conditioning unit.

To the other side of the living room is one step up into the kitchen.  This room, (9.5m2), is fully fitted and has an interesting rock feature to one side and a cast iron woodburner, which keeps the house cosy and warm in the Winter.

Beyond, a door and one step up leads into the bathroom (5.5m2) with a walk-in shower and washing machine.

Wooden steps from the living room lead up to an upstairs living area with a wooden floor (10.7m2).  From here a door leads into the second bedroom (13m2), which overlooks the courtyard patio. This room is fitted with a hot/cold air conditioning unit. Steps lead up from this floor to the wonderful roof terrace.  This terrace covers an area of 36,25m2.  The views are quite delightful and panoramic, right down the valley and out to the sea.

This house is private, but is close to other houses. It is very quiet and peaceful.

A delightful country cottage, which can only be described as a secret hideaway just waiting to be enjoyed!
