Back downstairs, from the hall is also access to the bedroom, which is 3 x 3m plus a 1x1m area, with a further door to the bathroom, which is triangular in shape (approx. 1.5 x 1.5m).  The apartment is fully furnished.

The extra buildings:

Back in the inner patio of the main garden, to the left is a door into a separate kitchen/utility area, with a bathroom to the rear, total of around 4 x 4m.  Next door to this, and also on the left hand side of the patio, is a door into a large workshop or store room of 6 x 4m with open fireplace, which could easily be furnished as a living room/bedroom in studio style.  It would be easy to make a connecting door between this room and the kitchen and bathroom next door, to make a second 1 bedroom apartment.

The underbuild:

Accessed from the street, and under the main house and garden, is the large underbuild.  This huge area is 95m2 in total and it has a ‘portaloo’ installed within it.  This could be converted easily into a garage or used as storage space or a games room.

This property would make a perfect home for a retirement couple with a desire to make extra income from separate lettings.  There is plenty of space in  the garden to add a small pool if required.
