Next to the covered porch, a side entrance leads into a store area, where there are also steps that lead up to a huge roof terrace, with lovely views.

Back in the car parking area, is a fenced dog run with kennel, a covered area with a caravan that has been used many times as extra accommodation, and beyond, a lovely orchard area with several fruit trees including pomegranates, avocados, pears, oranges, lemons and grape vines.  There is a second, totally flat area that could be developed as gardens, vegetable plot, etc.  In this area is an ancient water deposit made like a concrete reinforced box, now no longer used for its original purpose.  This outbuilding, which is around 5.5 x 5m, could potentially become extra accommodation, or it could be a workshop, studio, etc.

A very intersting and unusual property just a short walk from the village.
