Casa Charcón is located in a mountain region, around 6 minutes from the hamlet of Los Ventorros (with 2 bar/restaurants) and around 8 minutes from the village of Comares.  It enjoys panoramic views from this spot in the mountainous countryside to the North of Malaga.

The house, set within the plot which is mainly fenced, dates from 1962 and has a garden area to the front.  The front door leads into a living/dining room (7 x 3.5m) with a logburner at one end, and original beams on the ceiling.  At the far end is the current, rather old fashioned kitchen, but behind the kitchen wall is a rear outbuilding (2.5 x 3m) and it would not be difficult to knock through this wall to make a new, more spacious kitchen, separated from the living room area.  To one side is the bathroom, (3 x 1.2m) and an inner hall area leads to the two downstairs bedrooms (both around 3 x 3m).

In the inner hall is an area curtained off, used as a store area, and this area has the potential to be an additional bathroom.

A short flight of stairs leads up from the inner hall into the third bedroom, with sloping ceiling (6.5 x 4m) and doors to a balcony.

The outbuilding to the rear, currently used as a bodega, has an additional room of around 3 x 2m.

Separate to the house, located in the corner of the plot behind the house is a useful store house or workshop of around 23m2.

Below the house are vegetable beds overlooking beautiful views, and the rest of the plot is planed with mature almond and olive trees.

This would not be difficult to renovate to a higher quality level at a reasonable price.  An above ground pool could be added.
