A very spacious village house on a quiet street on the outskirts of the village of Riogordo, made up of two separate living units – perfect for two families, or for one family with space for friends, or even as a small village B&B.

The main house

The patio
From the kitchen, the double doors lead out onto the courtyard, a large open space of 11 x 5m, currently planted with several citrus fruit trees.  There is space here to build or place a splash pool and there is also a store room of 3 x 2.5 off the patio and a delightful covered chill-out lounge area of 3 x 3m, perfect for parties or, should this be run as a small B&B, as a drinks area for guests.

The second living unit
To the far end of the courtyard is the second living unit.  The door leads into an open-plan ground floor consisting of a living/dining room (5 x 5m)  with woodburner and is open to a kitchen with breakfast bar (3 x 3m) with a WC, and stairs leading up to the first floor.

On the first floor is one large bedroom (5 x 3m) with sliding double glass doors to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom (3 x 2m).  

This unit has air conditioning on both floors.

The terrace
The upstairs open terrace joins both living units, and overlooks the courtyard on three sides.  It is accessed both from the doors on the upstairs landing of the main house, and the double sliding doors of the bedroom of the second living unit.  There is space here also, potentially, to add a splash pool or jacuzzi spa.  The terrace area, with views over the countryside beyond the second living unit, and over the courtyard below, is around 60m2.

For greater views, it might be possible to build a further, higher terrace, above the second unit, with stunning, 360 degree views.
