Taking the stairs, a landing leads to the second bedroom (4 x 3m) is a lovely, quiet space with a window over the upstairs terrace.  The terrace is accessed from the landing, and is in an L shape, with a lovely covered area of around 4 x 2m, plus an open area of around 2.5 x 2m. From the terrace one can see part of the old fortress at the top of the town and the hills beyong, and overlooks the interesting myriad of rooftops and streets of the old town.

This delightful property has a very special feel about it and is fully habitable and comfortable.  There are not many properties with two good outside spaces in this town, so it is a rare opportunity to acquire an original, character house, at a good price, and not too high up into the steep, narrow streets of the historic centre.

The busy but fascinating ancient town of Velez-Malaga is only a few minutes from the coast (5 minutes to Torre del Mar) and has a diverse range of shops, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and medical facilities.  It is steeped in history and is an up and coming area on the Eastern Costa del Sol.  Casa La Violinista would work well as a holiday home, as well as a permanent home for a couple.
