Located in the hills close to the village of Almachar, hidden away, at the very end of a country lane in a secluded location (almost entirely asphalted or concreted), is Finca Tunante. Walking around to the back of the house, on a lower level, is the basement house which is unfinished. A front door leads into a long, rectangular room or of around 3 x 14m, with a kitchenette, which could be used for any purpose appropriate for the buyers. There is WC off this room too. A doorway half way down on the right leads to a corridor, and this takes us to two bedrooms (5 x 3m and 2.5 x 2m) and a bathroom (3 x 2m), and a kitchen/living room of around 15m2 with a wood burner fireplace. A side doorway leads out to a terrace area just below the pool, with access to a short passage that leads back to the pool.
Next to the basement house is a large store room (around 4 x 5m) which could be used as a studio, office, activity room or even an extra bedroom, and could easily be incorporated into the inside of the basement house by adding a doorway into the long rectangular hallway.
At the entrance is a very large water deposit to store water for the farm and the buildings, with a capacity of 1.5 million litres, plus there is a possibility to connect to mains water. There are four wells, and two are legally registered, supplying plenty of water.
