How we use your information
When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to respond, understand your needs and manage a property search, purchase or sale. This is based on handling your request and, where relevant, preparing or providing the service you ask for. We will ask for consent for unrelated marketing, which you can withdraw.
Retention and services used
We keep information for as long as needed to handle an enquiry or professional relationship and, where necessary, for applicable legal retention periods. We use Dinahosting for hosting, Cloudflare for website delivery and protection, and Google Workspace for email. Other professionals involved in a transaction receive only the information needed for their role, on the appropriate basis.
Favourites, comparison and external content
Favourites and comparison selections are stored in your browser without an account. A cookie containing numeric references allows your favourites to be ordered first on the homepage. You can clear comparisons, remove favourites or delete site data in your browser. YouTube videos and OpenStreetMap maps load third-party content. WhatsApp, Google Maps and automatic-translation links take you to services with their own terms and privacy policies; automatic translation processes the content of the selected page.
Your rights and how to contact us
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, as applicable, by emailing [email protected]. You can withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
