The terrace is a beautiful outdoor space, with magnificent views over the village and countryside, facing South with plenty of sunshine (16m2).

This fascinating property is in very good condition and is on the market at an excellent price. Any changes would be to make it more personal to the buyer, depending on tastes and needs.

The communal areas at present are a little untidy, but a new owner could quickly and easily remedy this, making it tidy and beautiful and encouraging the residents to work on the lower inner patio to once again make it attractive and a pleasant space to enjoy together (just needs cleaning and possibly painting).
