This leads onto the spacious main patio, from where we access the main house. A large covered terrace provides a personal outdoor space for the owners, (should they choose to live here), of 18.6m2, with stone detail on the walls, beamed, sloping celing and an arched side window. Here there are glass curtains that can enlose the area completely in the winter, and there is a log burner to enjoy on cooler evenings on this lovely terrace.

From the covered terrace, the front door leads into a modern, fully fitted kitchen (16.9m2), with plenty of space for those who love to cook! To the right, three steps lead down to the main living/dining room (39m2) with patio doors at the far end leading out onto the main patio area. In this room is a modern pellet stove. The living room also has hot/cold air conditioning. There is also a vegetable garden, should the owners wish to grow their own vegetables. The finca has fruit trees, consisting of 2 lemon trees, 3 fig trees, 1 orange free, 1 plum tree, 1 loquat tree, 1 pomegranate tree, 5 almond trees,1 mandarine tree and 1 grapefruit tree. There is space to plant more. The current owners make delicious jam and preserves each year from the fruit.
