A rare chance to take over a project to complete a house with a garden on top of the world

For anyone looking for an exciting and stimulating project in the South of Spain, look no further, this could be it!  Casa Cielo is what it says, a house in the sky!

Located near the top of the beautiful, picturesque and highly popular mountain village of Canillas de Aceituno, around half an hour inland from the coast, this unfinished home already has a three storey structure and the potential for a lovely patio garden and even a garage and pool, if required.  The village is one of the most popular  and picturesque mountain villages in Malaga province, attracting many walkers to experience the famous El Saltillo walk.  Casa Cielo sits right next to the route that leads to the walk and would be very popular with walkers and tourists.

The house could be finished with a perfect mixture of traditional Andalusian and modern features, including Roman brick wall details, combined with huge glass picture windows over the magnificente views.

Our team can help introduce you to local architects and key contacts at the town hall, to make this project become a reality.
