Casita de la Torre is accessed either via a track from the Triana road of around 5.6Kms, of which around 1.4Kms is concrete and the rest an earth track, around 13 minutes.  It is normally accessible by any type of car but a small van or a 4×4 is recommended for every day use.  It can also be accessed from the road to Los Romanes, around 20 minutes.

The plot is accessed from the track via a brand new sliding gate, that could easily be automated, and a short drive leads to the main ‘platform’, with plenty of space for parking, as well as for gardens.  The house itself has a terrace area in front of the front door, which leads into a living room with a fireplace for cosy winter evenings.  To the right is a door to the kitchen, which has all the plumbing and electrics in place to install kitchen units and appliances to meet individual taste and requirements.  The wall between the kitchen and the living room is just a partition wall, should anyone wish to open the area.  To the rear are two double bedrooms and a full working bathroom.  Accessible from outside is a small, useful lock-up store room.

This property is ideal for anyone wishing to put their own mark on a place, or try their hand at gardening from scratch.  Or one could create very simple, low maintenance gardens if it were to be for a holiday home.  It would be possible to add an above ground pool.
