Casita La Campana is connected to an independent solar power solution which powers the whole house, including air conditioning unit.  However, the solar power solution is in need of updating.  There are many sophisticated modern systems offering a good independent power supply.  The house has mains water.  Next to the house is a large warehouse belonging to a neighbour, but with fence privacy hedges or covers, the house can be made very private.
