It would not be difficult to alter the layout to make it possible to access the rear bedroom from this area, without having to walk through bedroom 2, and indeed, to create one, or even two bathrooms within the house. The house has its original beams, and river cane in some places, sloping ceilings, wonderful thick, stone walls and original floor tiling in places.
To the side of the house are a series of outbuildings, including an outside bathroom and, a few steps down, a collection of rough animal pens within a stone wall. This whole area has the potential for becoming an exquisite walled patio garden. And next to this area is a further area of land with fruit trees. And to the other side of the house is a section of sloping land, adjoining the country road.
