From the terraces one can see the Hermita on the hill to the East, one of the main sight-seeing icons of the town.

It is rare to find a village house on two floors with terraces, as the majority require one to climb a third set of stairs to reach the roof terrace, while this property offers two terraces on the  upstairs level.

Velez-Malaga enjoys an wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and sports facilities, as well as plenty of schools and two medical centres.  It is just a few minutes from the El Ingenio shopping centre and the coast at Torre del Mar.  It is also the gateway to the Axarquia area, with magnificent Lake Viñuela, a myriad of whitewashed villages and a range of fascinating mountains set in beautiful, totally unspoilt countryside to explore.
