The house has a covered outdoor terrace facing the main street from which a front door leads into the living room.  To the right, a door leads into the kitchen, which is an old kitchen, needing modernising, but useable.  To the left is a door to a bedroom with a window to the front.  Both walls (to kitchen and bedroom) are partition walls, and can be removed.  Opening up the kitchen and living room would offer a more versatile living space.

The living room and left hand bedroom have beautiful original Andalusian tiled floors.

To the rear of the living room is a second large bedroom with a window to the rear patio.  The rear patio is accessible from a space beyond the living room, which leads to the bathroom, and stairs to an upstairs third bedroom (floor tiles need fixing or replacing).  The patio has steps that lead up to a small terrace, which could be improved and extended easily.  A door from this area leads into a large room with a window, currently used as a store.  There is also a large loft area that could be opened up, and used as an additional useful space or store.

In terms of improvements, it would not be dificult to remove the current bathroom and patio steps, and convert the rear ground floor bedroom into both a new bathroom and an internal stairway leading to a second upstairs bedroom.  This would increase the size of the patio and the terrace above, which could potentially be accessed from both upstairs bedrooms.

Finally there is a thin strip of land just above the roof terrace.  This land could be used to create a small strip of garden or a lovely extra terrace, or even a small private swimming pool.

The nearby village of Benamargosa (a 20 minute walk) has plenty of facilities including shops and supermarkets, bars and restaurants, a 24 hour medical centre and sports facilities including a pool.
