A pretty and traditional village house, full of character, habitable but in need of some renovation or improvement, heart of the village
If you are looking for something totally traditional and rustic, Casita Miguel is an interesting choice. The house is located on a pretty street just a few paces from the centre of this lovely mountain village.
A front door leads into a typical living room with a traditional fireplace at one end and alcoves in the thick, stone walls. From here a short corridor with storage and a staircase to one side, leads to the kitchen, with a door to the left into the bathroom and a door at the rear leading out onto a narrow patio, which could be made beautiful with a little imagination. Beyond the patio is a door to a store room (it could be removed to make more patio space if required) and this room has a door out to another street beyond. The patio has a large open fireplace, and this enclosed outdoor area could be made charming and cosy for all year round use.
Taking the stairs we find three bedrooms plus an additional room which couild easily be made into an en-suite bedroom. The bedroom immediately at the top of the stairs is open to the staircase and there is space here to add further stairs, plus a wall to enclose that bedroom. The additional stairs could lead up to a future roof terrace, which could be created to add additional private outdoor space with lovely views.
This house is a small project, but is habitable and charming. It would work well as a holiday home too or for holiday rentals.
