Casa Feliz, country house in country hamlet, Velez-Malaga

2 – 3 bedrooms – 2 bathrooms – patio garden – 2 further terraces – country hamlet – sea views – 25 minutes from coast

A 2 floor country house with on two floors, needing only a little refreshing, with a delightful, very private rear patio garden with a mini dip pool and lovely views of the sea, plus parking in front of the house.

Casa Feliz is a lovely little house in the countryside, within a small hamlet of similar houses, dating from around 1900.  The house has been updated over time and is in good structural condition and renovated with taste.  It only needs a little painting and a few small improvements.  The house is comfortable and has a delightful and very private patio garden.

There is a communal drive to the front of the house allowing private parking outside the house.  The front covered terrace (around 4 x 4m) leads to the front door and into a spacious and beautiful rustic style kitchen and dining area (around 6 x 3.5m) with a central island, and an ornate woodburner (just needs the pipe connecting outside to be up and running).  To the far right is a bathroom with walk-in shower (4.5 x 1.5m) and a downstairs bedroom (3 x 3m). Beyond the kitchen dining room, a short corridor leads firstly to the living room (around 4 x 4m) with a window to the patio garden, and to a rear door.

The rear door leads out to the patio garden.  This lovely space is around 30m2 has a wonderful view South across the countryside and to the sea in the distance.  It is very sunny and the perfect place for barbecues with friends, and relaxing. There is a useful store or tool shed in this area too, as well as a sweet little corner dip pool.

Back in the kitchen/dining room area, stairs lead up to the first floor.  Here is the main bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (area around 6 x 4m).  The window looks South over the beautiful views.

Beyond the bedroom is a door to a large room which could be used as an additional bedroom, a dressing room, or an office, upstairs kitchen serving the top terrace, etc., (around 6 x 2.5m) and from here a door lead out to the top terrace, overlooking the countryside (around 4 x 4m).  The top terrace also has steps leading down to the front of the house and the parking area.

There is also a roof terrace, with a beautiful panoramic view, which just requires outdoor steps to be added from the top terrace – a perfect place to star-gaze in the very dark night skies.

This lovely house is sold fully furnished.  Upstairs there is pre-installation for a mobile air conditioning unit, although fixed air conditioning is also easy to install.

There are close neighbours, but it is very quiet, and the little hamlet is very friendly.  It is located in the municipality of Velez-Malaga and is 20 to 25 minutes from the coast at Torre del Mar and within 1 hour of Malaga city.

The price includes funds towards the DAFO, should anyone require it.
