The back door in the kitchen leads out to a covered patio area, and the terrace continues to the left of the patio, facing the gated entrance and the orchard garden.  The garden consists of around 500m2 and is planted with a variety of fruit trees.  From the far end of this lovely, flat garden, is a slope leading down to a large orchard at the bottom (also completely flat at the bottom and consisting of 622m2.  There is not irrigation water now, but with rain water collection into a large tank, it would be possible to plant trees, vegetables etc on this plot.  There are mangos, oranges, custard apples and sugar cane growing here.

To the right of the little covered patio area is a small open patio belonging to the neighbour, but a wall can be erected between the two for privacy.  Beyond this area is a door through a wall into a walled patio with an old building, also belonging to the property.  It would be easy to make access from this building to a side street and close in or lock the door through the wall, as this building (68m2) could be renovated and converted into a small second living unit, with its own patio garden and independent access.  This area (patio with building) has a total footprint of 89m2.
