Is the initial valuation free?
Yes. We start with a conversation about your property, its location and your plans. We then discuss the next steps needed to give you a useful valuation and guide the asking price.
What do you need from me at this stage?
Your contact details, the town or area and the type of property are enough to start. You can add any useful details in the message. We will ask for photographs or documents later if needed.
Can you help if I live abroad?
Yes. We can discuss the property remotely and agree how to organise access, viewings and communication while you are away. Tell us where you are based and how you prefer to stay in touch.
How will you market my property?
We plan the presentation around your property: clear photographs, an informative description and, where appropriate, a plan or video. The Casa Cielo example above shows how these can fit together. We will explain the proposed marketing before starting.
What about fees and the selling timescale?
We explain the proposed fees and agency terms before you decide to proceed. Selling time varies with the property, its asking price and buyer demand; we will discuss a realistic approach rather than promise a fixed date.
