The house itself is a delight to contemplate, whereever you look!  The ancient, double wooden front door, painted blue, leads into the traditional living room with a sloping roof with beams and cane infil, and wooden windows with shutters, so typical of these houses, and an original fireplace, now installed with a log burner for cosy winter evenings.  The floors are original, traditional style tyles and the thick walls have alcoves for storage, just as it has always been!

To the left is a door into the first bedroom with a painted black and white floor (the paintwork on the original tiles was unfortunately too worn) and there are interesting details such as original wooden wall supports, alcoves in the walls and beams.

Beyond the living room, a couple of steps lead up to the kitchen, newly fitted, another beautiful room.  To the far left of the kitchen a door leads into a dining room with the newly fitted bathroom, with walk-in shower unit and beautiful details, beyond.  To the right of the kitchen, is the second bedroom, again traditional, with double doors leading outside.  From this room, a gorgeous staircase leads up to the upstairs bedroom, again a lovely room, ideal as an extra/guest bedroom.

This delightful property benefits from mains electricity, mains water and a septic tank, as well as its gorgeous views and easy access. Its thick walls keeps it cool in the summer, while the fireplace acts as an efficient heating system for the winter with hot air ducting to carry warm air from the fireplace to various rooms.  A truly surprising delightful and unique property!
