The roof terrace is around 9 x 4m and has panoramic views, taking in the sierra, the village and its beautiful church, the Viñuela valley and the lake, plus several distant villages on the hillsides, and out to the sea.  This is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors from one’s own home and watch the world!  Ideal for entertaining, barbecues, workouts, and general relaxing.  Next to the terrace, on the same level, is a small kitchen, so meals can be made and drinks served without having to go down to the kitchen.

This delightful property does need a little work and some updating, but is fully habitable.
