Located on an attractive street, with no very steep hills to reach it, the front garden gate leads from the street to the front terrace (around 10m2) with lovely views over the village – the perfect place to watch village life and chat with passers-by.  From here, double wooden doors leads into the magical world of Casa Jasmina, a delight to explore!  The living room (8 x 3m) is a delightful room with a woodburner at the far end for cozy winter evenings and a window over the street, and, on the other side, a window over the inner patio.  At the far end to the right, is the kitchen, (4 x 2.5m) which is fully fitted and has a large glass door leading out to the inner patio.  A door to the rear of the kitchen leads the first bedroom (3 x 2.5m) with a pretty window alcove over the patio.

The patio courtyard is central to the house with windows in most rooms overlooking it from ground floor and upstairs.  This lovely space is around 20m2 and has a mature lemon tree creating natural shade as well as producing juicy lemons all year round. It is a perfect space to enjoy at any time of day and adds extra light to the whole house.

From the other side of the living room, opposite the entrance doors, a door leads to a short corridor, where we find bedroom 2 at the far end (6.5 x 2m with a wardrobe space in the thick wall, and a window over the patio), with the family bathroom next door (1.3 x 3m with a walk-in shower), and the stairs.

The stairs lead up to a short corridor.  To the far left is a door into the main bedroom (a generous 6 x 3m) with en-suite bathroom (around 5ms) with walk-in shower.  The upstairs bedroom has white aluminium double patio doors overlooking the inner patio below, and a door leading out onto the street and a small terrace area, just above the front terrace.  As this room can be accessed separately from the street, it could potentially be used to let to tourists when required.  The door from this room leads out onto a small street terrace with a bourgainvillea bush producing a splash of colour.

The upstairs corridor also leads to a small terrace area (2.5 x 2m) which overlooks the inner patio, and from here steps lead up to the magnificent roof terrace.  This lovely outdoor space has excellent views over the mountains and the village, so there is always plenty to discover!  Here, there is a built in barbecue and outside kitchen area and space to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather!  The terrace is around 18m2.
