A comfortable chalet with a delightful terrace and breathtaking views, in a quiet, well established camping complex near the village of Iznate.

Located within a quiet, gated community in the beautiful countryside near the whitewashed village of Iznate, and within 15 minutes of the coast, this little house offers an affordable country home within a quiet country community, for short and longer stays.

The front door leads into a lovely open living area, with a fully fitted kitchen to the left, with gas hob and oven and washing machine, plus breakfast bar and plenty of cupboard space.  The living room has a comfortable seating area with hidden storage space and a dining table, and is surprisingly spacious. There is hot and cold air conditioning in the living room.  Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobe, plus ceiling fan and bedroom 2 is fitted with two single beds and a fitted wardrobe.  And finally a comfortable bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The entire chalet is 34m2, with top quality double glazed windows and incorporated mosquito/fly screens, and there is a hot/cold air conditioning unit.

On the complex is a swimming pool as well as extra washing facilities.

The owners have owned the chalet from new, and rent the land on a long term rental agreement at a cost of 310 Euros per month.  This includes the maintenance of all communal areas, gardens and swimming pool, plus internet.  Water and electricity are paid for separately.

It is important to understand that campsites in Andalusia do not permit permanent living, although many residents spend most of the year on site, maybe going away to avoid the hot Summer months, or for a few weeks.  It is very safe to leave the chalet, as the site is totally secure and the landlord lives on site.

This delightful and affordable little country home is ideal as holiday home or semi permanent home, as many of the residents are retired, and come and go on a regular basis.
