Located in a beautiful country location, one of a little line of country cottages, in a peaceful, natural environment, this lovely property offers tranquility, comfort and happiness!  It has a track from the road to reach it of 1Km, although about half the track has concrete.

The house has a dining terrace to the front, facing South with beautiful grapevines offering shade in the Summertime and plentiful grapes towards the end of Summer, and from here the front door leads into the spacious kitchen/dining room (6 x 4m).  The kitchen is fully fitted and has a brick built fireplace.  To the right, an archway leads through to the living room, with a sloping ceiling with beams and a corner woorburner. There is also a door from the living room leading to the rear covered porch and pool terrace.

From the kitchen, an opening leads to the two bedrooms and the bathroom.  Bedroom 1 is around 4x3m with a door leading out to the rear covered porch and pool terrrace, and a shower unit of 2 x 1m.  Bedroom 2 is 3 x 3m, also with a door leading outside.  In between the two, the bathroom has been divided into the bathroom itself with bath and overhead shower, plus wash basin, and the WC next door (total size 3 x 1.5m).

The rear porch, or covered terrace, is around 2 x 8m, and overlooks the pool, (12m2) with a tiled sunbathing area all around it.  The views from the terrace are beautiful, looking across the countryside and fruit orchards.

The house has air conditioning in the living room, mains electricity and town water.  There is also irrigation water, although at present there are restrictions on the irrigation water due to the low levels of rainfall.
