To the far left of the living room, a wide staircase leads up to a landing (2.25 x 2m).  From here, straight ahead is a large, luxurious bathroom (around 3.5 x 3m) with very large jacuzzi bath, and a luxury corner jet-shower.  Next door, to the right, double doors lead into the master bedroom (5.5 x 4m) with a deep built-in wardrobe, windows to the South and the sea views, and doors that lead out onto a private covered, arched terrace (3 x 1.5m).

It could be possible to rearrange the upstairs area to make 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Below the pool, down the steps to one side is a very large under-terrace space that consists of several useful lock-up store areas, including pool pump room, and a space that has been converted into extra living space.

This guest annexe requires a small amount of updating/improvement.  It consists of a living room area of around 5 x 3.25m, plus a store area that could be separated from the living room by adding a wall with wardrobe style doors, or a curtain.  Next to it is a fully fitted kitchenette (around 2 x 1m), and beyond that is a door to a shower room (1.75 x 1.25m).
