A very beautiful cortijo in the mountain countryside close to Casabermeja in its own private landscape, surrounded by nature!

All around nature abounds. In the Springtime, after the rains, a river runs through the estate and little waterfalls appear, with a multitude of birds, frogs, wild flowers, including wild orchids, and other flora and fauna to enjoy in the privacy of one’s own grounds.

The house is comfortable and full of character with a covered front terrace for outdoor living and dining. It has oil fired central heating with radiators throughout, keeping the house cosy in the colder winter months.

The front door leads into a large living room with woodburner and with a fully fitted kitchen/dining room to the far left.  Off the living room, through an opening are two comfortable double bedrooms and a  beautiful bathroom, and a third double bedroom to the right.  Steps lead down to the right to the fourth bedroom with large bathroom, and a door could be added to allow separate access to this room should that be required, perhaps for guests staying.

A door to the rear leads out to the rear garden, with beautiful views, framed between the hills and foliage, of the mountains in the distance.  And little paths meander around the estate, leading through the land, and down into the valley.  These could be added and extended by simply clearing paths and adding natural stone steps where necessary.

The pool is 6.1 x 3.5m, with a sunbathing terrace and it has a service building beside it with a bathroom and a store area.  There is a 3000L rainwater deposit here too, for irrigating the garden and a central heating room.

The property obtains its water from a private well, storing the water in a 33,000L water storage tank.  This is sometimes topped up by the local water supplier, at a small charge of around 40€ per 3000L.

The house is sold fully furnished.  A perfect escape for anyone looking for privacy, nature, character and quality!
