The main house

The front door leads into a beautiful hall/dining room (5 x 4m) and one is instantly captivated by the unique feel and atmosphere of this lovely home.  From the outside the house feels modern, but as one walks in the elegant but rustic feel and style of the house strikes one immediately, with beamed ceilings in some rooms and rustic style doors and windows in others. Indeed it is a perfect mixture of modern and rustic.

In the hallway, there is a direct line of sight from the rear opening, through the living room beyond and directly out into the garden and pool area, that draws the eye and invites the visitor to explore!

The rear garden, pool and annexe

The rear garden consists of a completely flat piece of land in the form of mature gardens, with a covered terrace area against the house, a delightful easy maintenance, salt water pool (8 x 4m pool, rounded at the far end) which was recently regrouted, grassy (not real grass!) area to the rear and plenty of flowerbeds.  To the rear the tantalising glimpse of the distance mountains draws the eye and reminds one of the stunning countryside surrounding this lovely area.  Beyond the pool is the annexe, plus a useful storage room and a pool room.  Arching bourganvillea and other flowering plants around the main door of the annexe almost make it invisible, with the door leading into a delightful bedroom (4 x 3m) with cane-covered ceiling, and a large window to the rear. Beyond, an opening leads through to a large bathroom with huge walk-in shower and a ‘portaloo’.  The WC can be changed to a proper WC simply by connecting it up to the main septic tank which is nearby.  This is ideal for guests and friends and family.
