A very lovely, comfortable 2 bedroom country house a few minutes’ drive from the village of Almachar, and 20 minutes from the coast, with lovely views across the countryside and village.

Casa Felicia is tucked away amongst the mango and avocado plantations that are very typical of this area, and within a 6 or 7 minute drive of the village, and 20 minutes from Torre del Mar.

Access is via a track of around 700m from the road, of which only part is still a dirt track, the majority now being concrete.

The very large front covered terrace (around 37m2) is the perfect place for all year round outdoor living, with a permanent roof above it.  This lovely space can be perfect as an outdoor ‘living room’ or dining area.  Beyond, is the pool terrace with a 15m2 pool, enough to enjoy a cool dip on the hot Summer days.  The views, facing West/SouthWest, are delightful, with rolling hills dotted with tropical fruit trees and the white village nestled on the hillside, and the higher hills beyond.

The front door leads off the covered terrace into a spacious living/dining room (8 x 5m).  There are high ceilings with angular beams, giving a modern effect with rustic touches. A corner woodburner makes the ideal cosy addition, for Winter time.  To the right is an arch to the beautiful, fully fitted kitchen (4 x 4m) with a window to the front, and next door is the guest bedroom (also 4 x 4m) with a window to the entrance.  On the other far side of the living room is an arch leading to an area which takes us to the master bedroom, which comfortably takes a king sized bed, (4 x 3.5m with air conditioning, plus wall-to wall built-in wardrobes on one side, with a window to the views to the front), and to the spacious bathroom (4 x 1.5m with a bath with overhead shower and a heated towel rail).

This delightful house, in perfect condition, and low maintenance, is ideal as a rental or holiday home, easy to ‘lock-up-and-leave’, and would be equally comfortable as a retirement home for anyone not wishing to have too much to do in the garden.
