Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Viñuela, this village house is fully habitable, and close to all amenities.

The courtyard garden to the rear is walled on all sides and is approximately 30m2.  This lovely space could be improved to make a truly beautiful Andalusian style patio garden, with plenty of pots and flowering plants.  It would be easy to build an outside kitchen, add awnings for shade, even grow a lemon or orange tree or two!  There is also space for a splash pool, if required.

Outside, next to the terrace, is a private parking space for one car.

Viñuela village has many advantages.  It has good shops, bars and restaurants, a 24 hour health clinic, parks, a school, sports facilities, and some lovely local walks.  Unlike many of the villages in Axarquía, Viñuela is not high up, with good access, which for those not wishing to climb winding mountain roads, is an advantage, as well as offering an all year round temperate climate.
