A very lovely country house with sea views, in the mountains around 4Kms from Casabermeja and half an hour from Malaga city, with pool, useable land, a casita, stables and three dog kennels with individual runs.

The day we visited this house the mountains of Africa were clear, across the horizon of the distant Mediterranean Sea!  Such a view sets the feel of this magical little place, high in the hills, half an hour above the beautiful coastal city of Malaga and within 10 minutes of Casabermeja village.

This lovely property has over 27,000m2 of good land, of which much is useable, a main 2 bedroom house, a separate 1 bedroom/1 bathroom casita, stables with a good area of flat land around it, and three dog kennels with fenced runs.  It would be ideal as a small luxury kennels business, with so much lovely countryside to walk the dogs lucky enough to be staying here!

Access is via a short piece of track down to the house, from the main road.

A large, gated parking area has ample parking for many cars and a very large flat area.  This area is currently simply planted, with easy to maintain flower beds and hedges.  To the right, steps lead down to the casita or annexe, with its own terrace area, a lovely bedroom, which could easily have a small kitchenette added, and an ensuite shower room.  The casita is 28m2 in total.  Below, on a lower level is access to the stable building (22.5m2) with flat land to either side of it.

At the far end of the car parking area is the main house.  A door leads into the covered, closed-in porch area (19m2) which makes a wonderful day room, with plenty of light, so ideal for painters!  A door on the other side leads out to the South gardens and pool terrace.

To the left, a door and one step up leads into the open plan dining room and kitchen area (13m2 and 14m2) with a modern, top quality kitchen, and luxury stove and oven.  To the South side, double doors lead into the living room with its character arches around the windows, looking out onto the pool area.  This is a lovely, cosy room, ideal for the colder months, with its log burner.

Off the open plan dining area, we find the master bedroom, which consists of the entrance area, main bedroom, and a dressing room (3m2, 10m2 and 3m2).  The dressing room could easily be converted into a dressing room with ensuite shower room beyond, as the plumbing is nearby.  The guest bedroom is 8.5m2 with a bathroom next to it (6m2) with a bath and separate shower unit.

There is hot/cold air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom.

The rear South facing gardens consist of the 7 x 4m pool and sunbathing terrace, plus a dining area with a pagoda cover, surrounded by beautiful gardens with flower beds and trees, with the shimmering Mediterranean Sea beyond, a constant reminder that the coast is only a half hour drive away.

The garden has an automatic irrigation system and there are 2 x 3000L water deposits for extra water.  Mains water and electrics connected.

Beyond, is the rest of the plot with drops down the hill, with many areas flat and useable.  To the side are the three dog kennels, each with a fenced dog run.  This has the potential to be marketed as a small, top end kennels business.  The stables could also be used for this purpose.

A very lovely country house, with plenty of potential as a permanent home with small business, or simply a retirement home, or as a holiday home.
