This delightful, original country cortijo with land is around 160m2 and is in very good condition.  A few simple changes to bring it up to date with modern expectations (for example, the addition of a second bathroom upstairs) would be easy to achieve and inexpensive.  The house is actually attached on one side to another, although this is very difficult to see, and that part is totally hidden.  The house also has a garage.  It has 8000m2 of land that is urban, meaning that it may be possible to build more.

The village of Periana is within a 5 minute drive, as is Venta Baja and Puente Don Manuel areas, where there are shops, and many bars and restaurants.  The coast is within a 30 minute drive.
