Outside in the patio garden, immediately to the left is an outside kitchen area, plus a door to the second bathroom (2.5 x 2m) and next to it, the little worshop or store room (2 x 1.5m).  Beyond that is a covered patio area and a few steps lead up to a slightly elevated area, with seating, flower beds and views over the countryside and village.  From the rear garden, a side passage leads to a gate, which takes one back to the front terrace and this area has been covered, providing dry storage and workspace.

This is the perfect retirement home, if you wish to be in a small community/village, but close to the countryside and coast.  It would also make an excellent holiday home and a there is space for a splash pool or jacuzzi.

The village of Triana has a chemist, little supermarket, a fresh produce outlet, doctor’s surgery, cultural centre and two bar/restaurants. It also has an excellent village swimming pool, just a stroll away, perfect for the Summer, and other sports facilities. There is a bus service to Velez-Malaga and the coast, and to Benamargosa and the villages beyond.  There are plenty of lovely walks into the countryside from here and as this village is in the river valley, and only 15 minutes from the coast, it enjoys the very best climate.
