The main house
From the parking yard, a door leads straight into the kitchen/dining room (6.5 x 5m), with a bathroom immediately to the left hand side (3.75 x 1.5m).  The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower and a ladder-style electric heated towel rail.  This lovely open space includes a modern, pristine, fully fitted kitchen area and large dining area, the perfect place to entertain friends.  There is air conditioning (hot and cold air) in this room and a rear door leading out to the two rear patios.

To the left, three steps lead down into the living room (6 x 3.2m)  with a cosy fan-assisted woodburner to the far end, ideal for the colder Winter evenings.  This lovely room has double doors out to the rear terraces, with their stunning panoramic views.

To the left of the living room are doors to both double bedrooms, bedroom 1 is around 3.5 x 2.5 with window to the far end, and bedroom 2 is 3 x 3.2m with double doors out to its own private side terrace, and an ensuite shower room (2 x 2m) with ladder-style electric heated towel rail. Both bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning units.

The two covered terraces outside, each on a slightly different level, lend themselves to different activities.  The higher terrace leading off the kitchen is ideal for outside dining most of the year, while the slightly lower terrace, leading off the living room, is perfect for that delicious afternoon snooze, or putting one’s feet up with a cup of coffee and a good book, or contemplating the impressive sunsets.  The terraces both have planted areas with ornamental flowering plants and even seasonal vegetables.

The guest casita
From the living room terrace, a few steps lead down to the self contained casita, with its own covered terrace with lovely views.  A door leads into the kitchen/dining room with a corner open fireplace and windows on two sides.  The kitchen (3.5 x 3.5m) includes a hot water boiler, washing machine, cooker and fridge.  Steps to the side of the covered terrace lead down to a lower terrace, also enjoying the magnificent views, and a door from here leads into the double bedroom (3.5 x 2.5m) and ensuite shower room with double sized walk-in shower (3 x 1.5m).  The casita is ideal for use by friends and family and could also be let to tourists.

The plot
Also nearby is an outbuilding consisting of three useful store sheds, one with electrics (2 x 2.5m, 2 x 1.5m and 3 x 1.7m).

From here, one can follow steps down to the lower area of the plot, which slopes from a river bed in the valley below up to the driveway and even a little past it on the other side of the country lane.  Although most of the plot is fairly sloping, the current owner has lovingly planted many many species of tree, and installed natural walkways and steps to allow access to many areas of this delightful property.  There are many fruit and nut trees, including 20 to 30 almond trees, olives, various varieties of plum tree, macadamia, nispero, orange and lemon.  There are also mature oak trees and plenty of ornamental trees producing brightly coloured flowers at different times of year, plus bougainvillea, jacaranda, oleaner, plumbago, palms, mimosa and conifers.  There are also vegetable growing terraces which have been growing organic produce for many years.
