A fascinating, historic village house that used to be the fish seller’s shop and home, in a central location with beautiful views and a large roof terrace.

Steps lead up to the right of the kitchen to the first floor and straight into a bedroom, that could be a landing (3 x 2m).  This leads to three further bedrooms (3 x 2m, 3 x 2m and 3 x 3m) and this floor could be redistributed to make maybe 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.  The floor tiles are original. One of the rooms has a balcony overlooking the terrace below and the views.

Steps lead up again to a space of 3 x 2m) which leads out onto the upper terrace (6 x 3m) with beautiful views over the village and spectacular countryside.  A glimpse of the sea, to the far right hand side, adds that extra touch of magic to this rather delightful property!  A useful store room to one side of the terrace (3 x 2m) could become a covered kitchen/dining area, servicing the outdoor space.

A very interesting, ‘quirky’ property at a very reasonable price.
