The Property
A short, slightly steep, concrete road down from the main track to the house and there are other houses along, and further down, the road.  However, despite there being a few neighbours around, the location is very peaceful and quiet.

The land, consisting of 1870m2, is made up of a flat garden area, with the house, and pool, all on one level, and an area sloping steeply down the hill.  In the local area there are mangos and grapevines growing and anyone wishing to try their hand at some local agriculture is well positioned here for this.

The drive and parking area is concrete and good for several cars.  The house is set back, with a porch and barbecue, with the beautiful 7 x 3m pool to one side, overlooking the stunning views.

This house has a normal concrete foundation base and the structure is hand crafted, quality wood that has already stood the test of time (built in 2005) and is in excellent condition. The walls have a 100mm insulated interior meaning that the house keeps beautifully warm in the winter and stays cool in the summer.

From the covered porch (7.5 x 2m), a door leads into the open plan living area, with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen to the left and dining area in the centre, and a comfortable living room area to the right, with a wall of floor to ceiling fixed glass windows enjoying those beautiful views and bringing plenty of light into the house.  There is also a woodburner for the cooler winter days.

To the rear, left, is the bathroom (3 x 1.25) with a walk-in shower to the back.  Rear centre is a lobby area leading to the master bedroom to the right (3 x 3m) and the slightly smaller bedroom to the left (2.6 x 3m).

To the rear of the house is a useful shed, around 3 x 1.5m.
