This interesting property is the one of the prettiest and most convenient parts of Comares, a town well known for its fascinating history as a Moorish fortress town on the top of a high hill above the coast.  The village is around 40 minutes from the coast at Torre del Mar and within one hour of Malaga city and airport.  The village has reasonable facilities, including several bars and restaurants, some with stunning panoramic views, and a few shops for essentials, plus a chemist and a couple of banks.  The larger village of Benamargosa is around 15 minutes by car and has a larger supermarket and Velez-Malaga, which has plenty of facilities, is within around 30 to 35 minutes.

The House
From the quiet street, the front door leads directly into a living room (5 x 3m) with a window to the front street.  Beyond, to the right, is a very basic kitchen (3 x 3m) and a passage leading to the rear patio (3 x 2m).  The passage has stairs to the first floor, and there are also steps leading up from the patio to the first floor rear bedroom (*9 on the floorplan).

Upstairs there are currently four bedrooms and a large landing, with a small bathroom off the landing.  Stairs from within the rear bedroom lead up to a further bedroom on the second floor which is in a semi finished state, and which has a door out to the current terrace of 3 x 3m.

The whole house could be redesigned with some minor changes to make a comfortable home or even two separate units.  Also important to bear in mind is that more roof terrace could be made by redesigning the large roof area of the property.
