The Grounds
A gated entrance leads onto a gravel drive and parking area, with immediate access to the garage (garage 5.65 x 3.15m).  It is possible to walk right around the house and at the South side, steps lead down to the main garden and pool area, with a beautiful 8 x 4m pool as the central focal point of the garden, plus an outside kitchen/barbecue area and seating areas.  The views all around are stunning.  A brick arch leads from the garden down some steps to the track.

The House
This house has a ‘wow’ factor as soon as one walks in the door!  A paved terrace area leads through an intricate Moroccan wooden door into a delightful courtyard patio (5 x 4m) which at present is adorned with flowering plants.

To the left, a door leads into the first of the three areas in this property.  First is the kitchen (4 x 4.5m), a light and bright room, beautifully fitted and equipped with a central island, and with blue painted wooden double doors out to the North terrace with outside seating area, pergola cover and brick columns. The kitchen has an unusual Rangemaster double cooker (runs on gas and electric). The kitchen leads through a large opening into the living room (7.75 x 3.3.m) with a corner woodburner.  From here is access to bedroom 1 (3 x 3m) plus a bathroom next door (2 x 1.5m) which also acts as an ensuite.  Next, is an inner hallway, could be dining room, with stairs leading to the upstairs area.

To the right of the patio, a door leads into the second section of the house.  Here we find a large dining/living room (6 x 4.3m including built-in sofa area), with a door leading to an entrance porch of 4 x 2m.  This room has plenty of windows (blue painted wooden windows with traditional rustic shutters) and it also has glass bricks in the ceiling bringing extra light in from the roof terrace above.  A small kitchen area could be added here, or, the entrance porch could be converted.

A door from this lovely room leads to bedroom 2 (6 x 3m) through beautiful doors, and an ensuite bathroom (2.5 x 1.5m) with stone detail below the bath.  Next door is a family bathroom with shower (3 x 1.5) and next is bedroom 3 (4 x 3m).

Taking the steps from the patio, we come out onto an impressive roof terrace covering the entire roof of the house with panoramic view.  Yet another beautiful Moroccan door leads into a large room (8 x 4m) which includes an open plan bathroom.  There are steps at the far end leading down to the hallway on the ground floor.

This fascinating and very beautiful house has gas central heating and a garage, is packed with Moroccan detail and has wonderful views.  It could be a large family or retirement home, with options to let different units of the house, or could be a holiday home, and would also make a good income as a very special rental home.
