Situated at the entrance of Benamocarra up a small hill it overlooks all of the mango and avocado plantations that roll down the hill towards the riverbed. In the distance, the ‘Maroma’ mountain peak looms over the Axarquía countryside.

Benamocarra is a very typical Andalusian village built on the rolling hills surronding the valley of Velez-Malaga.  It has several shops, bars and restaurants, sports facilities, clinic, schools, a gym, and much more.

About 10 mins from the town of Velez and about 15 from Torre del Mar and the coast. About 40 minutes from Malaga.

The house

The house itself is in a building that has been divided into two separate houses. This means that the building is shared with a neighbour, but the neighbours have their own entrance.

Stairs lead up to the entrance.  On entering, to the right is a large and spacious living room that leads on to two bedrooms, one with a small balcony that overlooks the village. To the left from the entrance, there is the main bathroom, kitchen, and main bedroom.

The stairs lead to a shared terrace. Next to the terrace there is a large storage room, currently divided into two smaller rooms (3×3) and a private terrace (3×3). These rooms are directly above the main house and could be connected via some stairs.
