The other end of the corridor, back by the main staircase from the kitchen, to the left, is the living room (3 x 3m).  This peaceful space has double doors leading to a small patio or light shaft (an irregular shape, but 2m long, 75cm wide at one end and 30cm at the other), where pot plants with climbers would make this space very beautiful for anyone living permanently in the property.

Beyond the living room is a door to bedroom 2 (3.5 x 2m) with a window to the light shaft and steps leading up to the upper living room.  This second living area (4 x 2.25m excluding the stairwell) is a delightful space, with double glass patio doors leading straight out onto the terrace.

The terrace has a rectangular area, used as an outside dining area, with built-in tiled seating, (4 x 2.5m) and ideal for barbeques and outside eating.  Beyond is the second terrace area, down one step, and this area is around 3 x 1.5m. There are lovely views across the countryside and out to the distant coastline.
