Location

Situated within an easy 20 minutes of the coast and close to bars and restaurants (within 1Km) and the banks of Lake Viñuela, in magnificent walking country, Casa Odilio offers elegant, quality living with a stunning setting. Access from the main road is easy, and although there are other detached country villas nearby, this property, set on its own estate of around 5,000m2 of land, is very private.

The House

Around the side and to the rear of the house are several beautiful patio areas, each with a slightly different theme, all of them spacious and carefully created to permit the owners to enjoy different spaces and different atmospheres.  Some have pergola covers, others are open, but walled, and a delightful wooden ‘tea house’, plus ponds with fish, a patio with a small workshop, and at the far end, a little bridge over a brook and a useful wooden shed.

On the lower slopes to the other side of the house are tree lined paths and a lower, gated entrance for cars, and a lovely walkway offering glimpses of the house through the trees above.
