Location

Triana is a small village with several bar/restaurants, a small supermarket, a pharmacy and one other little shop, plus excellent open air swimming pool and sports facilities.  It is about 10 minutes’ drive to the large town of Velez-Malaga and only 15 minutes from the coast, set in a lush tropical fruit growing river valley in the Velez-Malaga area.  There are plenty of beautiful walks from the village and there is a bus service to town.  Benamargosa village is 5 minutes beyond Triana in the other direction, with a large supermarket and many smaller shops, plus bars, restaurants and a 24 hour doctors’ clinic.

The house

Situated on a wide, very tidy street, this lovely house has two entrances and two hallways.  The main entrance leads into a wide hall, with two very large bedrooms to the left, one with walk-in wardrobe, and a living room to the right.  The third bedroom is located at the far end of the living room. The bedrooms all have wardrobes or storage space.

To the far end of the hallway is the modern, spacious bathroom and the large, very attractive kitchen which is fitted with a practical, modern kitchen.

There is a door from the kitchen out to the spacious outside patio (6 x 3m, partly covered), ideal for outside dining.  From the patio is access at one end to a store room and the second bathroom, plus, at the other end, double doors leading to the second hallway and second front door, with a door to one side leading to a storage area.
