From the pool terrace, steps lead down to the lower patio (4.5 x 4.5m), which is part covered.  From the patio, an opening leads to the right into a bathroom (in blue in the photos) (2.75 x 1.5m), and left into three very large rooms under the house and warehouse.  These rooms have fairly low ceilings (3 x 6.5m, 5 x 3m and 6.5 x 3m).   There is also access from the lower patio to yet another large warehouse, (5 x 4.5m plus 7 x 4.5m) and from here is access out to the garden, which one can only describe as a Secret Garden!

The garden, which is to the rear of the property, overlooking the views, has a gated entrance at the far end, from the street.  It is overgrown and wild at the moment, with many cultivated flowering shrubs and plants, which in the Spring burst into a myriad of colours!  Once tamed, this garden could be a secret paradise!
