A very pretty country house near Canillas de Aceituno at the end of a country track on a peaceful and private plot in a stunning setting

Located at the end of a dirt track, with a few neighbouring houses before the end of the track, (and delightful neighbours too!) the driveway leads into a good sized gravel parking area, taking several cars.  From here, walk past the decorative palm tree and flowering shubs to the pool (kidney shaped moulded in-ground pool of around 5 x 3m) surrounded by pretty gardens.  The view from here is delightful, over the hills, mountains and a pretty hidden valley meandering its way through the countryside.  To the North, the magnificent Maroma mountain rises up, majestic, inspiring, and ever present! – the highest peak in Malaga province.

To the front of the house, enjoying this wonderful outlook, is the covered terrace, an ideal outdoor living area (6 x 3m).  From here the aluminium and glass front door leads into the open planing living space in an L shape, with a comfortable living room area to the left (5 x 4m) with standalone cast iron wood burner, sloping beamed ceilings and large picture window looking out to the gardens and allowing in the evening sunshine.  The dining area, to the right, (3 x 3.3m) is next to a high, wide brick decorated archway and breakfast bar that separates this area from the kitchen.  The kitchen is fully fitted with window to the rear (kitchen 3 x 2m).  And at the far side of the dining room, an opening leads to a distribution area (1.2 x 1.2m) from where we find the two bedrooms and the bathroom.

To the left is the beautifully tiled and decorated bathroom (2.3 x 2m) with a glass shower cubicle.  Ahead is bedroom 1 (3.5 x 3.2, plus 1x1m) with wood effect aluminium double patio doors to the rear patio, and there is a useful store area above part of bedroom 1 accessed from the distribution area.  To the right is bedroom 2 (4 x 3m) which has wall-to-wall fitted wardrobes on one side.

To the rear of the house is a patio area, ideal for Summer evening get-togethers, and from here is access to a pretty, lush, green area (most of the year!) with many natural trees and foliage and space for growing vegetables and new trees.  The land slopes down to one side and to the front of the property to a little stream below.  An oasis of peace and nature!

There are two small outbuildings, one being the pool house  and the other a store room (each approximately 2 x 1.5m).
