Unit A
The front door to unit A leads into a beautiful, rustic style open plan living area.  To the left and up one step is the kitchen area (4 x 4m), fully fitted and with a very high ceiling and stone wall detail and wooden stairs to one side leading upstairs.  The whole area oozes rustic charm and character features, with lovely windows over the courtyard.

Unit B

Double doors from the covered terrace lead into a kitchen/dining room (3.75 x 3.5m).  To the left, 2 steps lead up to the living room level with fireplace.  From here, two stone steps lead into bedroom2.  From the kitchen/dining room, a door to the side leads into bedroom 2 (a large room, 6 x 3.5m).  At the far end, 4 steps lead up to the large bathroom (3.5 x 3m) with shower unit, and from here a door leads into bedroom 2 (4 x 3.5m) which in turn completes the circle, down the two stone steps to the living room.  There is a door between the living room and Unit C living room, which can be kept locked or opened, depending on usage requirements.

Unit C

Double doors from the covered terrace lead into the living/dining room/kitchen (5 x 3m) with wood burner.  Once again the walls have interesting exposed stone features and rustic charm in every corner.  To the far end, 4 wide steps lead up to the bedroom (3.5 x 3m) with an ensuite shower room (3.5 x 1.5m).

Garage and laundry

Next to unit C is a door to a large laundry and a power room (4 x 3m) with a door to a WC (4 x 1m).  The power room houses the equipment for the solar power and batteries.  There is also a generator room separate to the house.  From the laundry, a side door leads into the garage (6 x 4m).

Outside, there are various plots of land being sold with this property, making up a total of around 11,000m2, and all around is nature, peace, quiet and beautiful, far reaching views.
