This house is located in a small group of country houses, with a rough lane as the main street, surrounded by fields planted with parsley, coriander, vegetables and tropical mango and avocado plantations.
The house is on two levels. Downstairs is a large living and dining room (7 x 3m) with air conditioning, with a door to the right leading to the fully fitted kitchen (2.5 x 2.5m). To door next to that of the kitchen leads to stairs. To the right of the stairwell is a downstairs WC. The stairs lead down to a store room below, and up to the first floor.
At the far end of the living room is the first bedroom (4 x 3m) and beyond is an ensuite shower room (3 x 1m).
Taking the stairs up, leads to a small landing and access to the second bedroom (3.5 x 3m), with a door to the ‘ensuite’ WC and laundry room (3.5 x 1.5m). This room could very easily have a shower installed to complete the second bathroom.
From the landing is also the door to the terrace. This lovely outdoor space is 7.5 x 3.5m and large enough to have a terrace potted garden. At the far end is a small outside kitchen and wonderful views over the valley with the backdrop of the mountains beyond. The area is covered with a corrugated cover for protection from sun and rain.
