A very pretty, well kept, traditional village house in a quiet street in Periana with delightful accommodation and a good sized terrace with lovely views.

Located at the end of a short, no through-road street, this pretty village house offers traditional features, comfort and tranquility, at a very reasonable price.

The front door leads into the lovely, very spacious living room (5 x 3m) and immediately to the right is a door leading out into the small, but rather pretty walled patio (2 x 2m). This little patio could be filled with pots and flowers, perhaps even with a little fountain in the corner and made very beautiful.  A window through the wall allows one to see out into the street from the patio.

The living room has high ceilings with beams and traditional terracotta tiled floors, and although there is no woodburner at present, one could easily be installed.  Two arches lead through to the rest of the house from the rear wall, one into the area that would be best suited as an office area, due to the low sloping ceiling of the staircase leading up to the first floor, and the other to the inner hallway, which is also open to the office area to the left.  To the right of the hallway is an opening into the fully fitted, modern kitchen (3.8 x 2m) with a window to the rear, overlooking another street.  Also from the hallway, straight ahead, are the stairs that lead to the first floor.

Upon climbing the stairs, to the left is bedroom 1 (4 x 2.3m) with a window to the other street (above the kitchen) and to the right is the bathroom (3.5 x 1.5m) with small bath and overhead shower, and window over the other street.  From the landing, one can continue up the stairs to the roof terrace.

Ahead, is a short corridor leading at the far end to a Juliette balcony over the street and below the front door.  To the left and right are bedrooms 2 and 3 (3 x 2.2m each, approximately) with windows over the street and the patio below.

Taking the stairs up again, we reach the delightful roof terrace which is in an L shape, of around 4 x 2.5m and 3 x 5.5m.  There are views over both streets, and beautiful views over the village, Lake Viñuela, to the South East, and the sea in the distance, can be spotted on a clear day from this terrace.  There is also a useful store off the terrace, ideal for an outside fridge and storage of terrace items.

A perfect little place to escape to at a very reasonable price.
