A pretty cottage located in a very natural country area, set amongst a little cluster of country properties, requiring a little bit of ‘beautifying’ but nothing structural, with a good plot of land.

Situated in totally natural surroundings, along a short track and about 5 minutes’ drive from the hamlet of Los Ventorros (where there are two bar/restaurants), this is a chance to acquire a small cottage in the countryside, with a little land, and with its own natural well water and mains electricity, for a very reasonable price.

From the country lane, the garden to the front of the house is completely flat, with a bank to one side with mature trees creating natural shade.  There is a terrace area to the front of 5 x 2m (new pergola covering required) and a fence that divides the cottage from its immediate neighbour to one side (the cottage is DETACHED).  A wall could be raised to create more privacy and the neighbours do not live in the house and only use it occasionally.  Some of the houses nearby are lived in, and some are not.

The front door leads directly into the living room, (4.5 x 3m) and there is a separate kitchen to the right of the living room (3.5 x 3m) with window to the front and a fireplace.  An arch from the living room leads to the two bedrooms (both around 3.5 x 3m) and the bathroom (2 x 1.5m with small bath and overhead shower).

From the front terrace area are steps to one side leading up to a little roof terrace where one can contemplate the lovely country views all around.  The terrace is 3 x 2m (over the kitchen) and there is also a lockable door leading into a loft, used for storage.  To the side of the house, under the stairs is an area that could also be adapted for storage and there is extensive land behind the house too which could be made into further gardens.

On the other side of the country lane is the rest of the plot, currently planted with olive and almond trees aswell as natural bushes and scrub.  This land is sloping but all of it is accessible.

The property has a full set of deeds and the house is registered and legal.
