Outside space

Main house

A door from the side leads into the outer living/dining room and kitchen area (total of 8x 3.5m) divided by a simple, brick partition wall.  The room has a sloping, traditional beam and cane ceiling and pretty brickwork columns, plus a cast iron, stand-alone woodburner.  The fully fitted kitchen is 3.5 x 3m.  To the rear of the kitchen is a glass door leading to a useful and spacious laundry /utility room (3 x 2.5m) with a glass door to the far end leading into the garden.
