The main house

From the hallway, to the right is the living room, (8 x 3.1m) with a staircase leading up to the first floor.  Beyond the living room, to the rear, is access to the ‘Winter’ room (4.5 x 3m) with a door to the rear courtyard and a large open fireplace, ideal for chillier Winter evenings.

The terraces (around 150m2)
The main terrace is an unusually large size for a village house, with wonderful views over the countryside, mountains and the village.  It has good sunlight all day and there is a large covered area with barbeque for outdoor dining.  This delightful space could easily hold a ‘swim-spa’ type pool or jacuzzi (please ask for more details of these wonderful pool solutions).  The terrace area on this level is in an L shape (12.44 x 7.7m plus 4.5 x 5.5m).  Stairs from this level lead up to the upper terrace, which is around 4.5 x 4.5m with excellent views.
